Carolina Skiff J-Series also allows the J-Series to be custom designed by you and the dealer so that a boat can be fitted to your needs. By allowing a boater to decide the layout of the component parts, the option of building a Jon boat with either a couple of bench seats or a bass rig is possible.
The J-Series has 4" of foam floatation in the floor, lower funnels and are higher than the DLX and Semi'V Models. The maximum weight capacities and the maximum horsepower allowances are also lower than comparable sized Carolina Skiff models.
All the J-Series come standard with a 20" transom, but can be ordered with a 15" transom at no charge. The transom is built with composite fiberglass. No wood in the hull.
