The
Dinks Three
models of high quality eight foot yacht tenders designed for the
discriminating yachtsman. Built to high-quality hand-laid fiberglass
standards with unique features not found in other tenders this size.
Featuring a white outside hull and a full gel coat inner liner in
a non-reflecting, non-skid beige with black gunnel guard on top
and side and accented by a center mahogany seat. A six-inch band
of foam 1 1/2" thick provides gunnel flotation between the
sides and inner liner. Additional foam flotation is placed in both
the front and rear tanks. Other features include chrome oar lock
sockets with nylon inserts, a bow towing ring backed by an aluminum
plate, an interior to exterior hull drain, a motor mount block and
a deep skeg for positive towing control. The sail version utilizes
a mahogany plywood daggerboard, rudder and centerboard trunk cover.
The mast is two pieces and stores inside the boat. Sails are offered
in two color combinations, red/white or blue/white. Additional options
include a davit ring kit, five foot wooden oars, round chrome oar
locks, horns and a blue acrylic boat cover. |

All
three models of The Dink offer unique double hull design which
includes enclosed gunnel floatation within the sides. The
interiors of each model sport a non-glare, non-skid finish
accented by a mahogany seat and black gunnel rail. Or lock
sockets, motor mount block and bow towing ring are standard. |

eight foot Row, by far the most popular Dink, features a hard
chime, a deep towing skeg, and weighs in at only 85 lbs. The
perfect tender to row or motor. An excellent value in an all
around general purpose dinghy. |

eight foot Tri-Hull, a wider, more stable design to accommodate
the needs of the yachtsman desiring stability and more useable
space. Weighing in at only 95 lbs., the Tri-Hull offers the
maximum useable space in an 8' Dink. |

The
eight foot Sail, a row/sail combination designed to offer
the added feature of a deluxe sail rig. The halyard controlled
two piece mast can be removed in minutes to convert the Sail
Dink to a conventional 8' Row that can be rowed or motored.
Weighing in at only 90 lbs. hull weight and sporting a 35
square foot colorful sail the Sail Dink version is both useful
and fun to own. |
